Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

UK delivery

• Standard (tracked): 2–5 business days.
• Express (tracked & signed): 1–2 business days.
• Free international shipping on orders over £50; otherwise a flat £3.95 applies. Exact rates show at checkout.

International delivery

We ship to selected countries. International orders take 5–14 business days depending on destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility — these are not included at checkout.

Carriers

We ship via Royal Mail, Evri and DPD depending on the service selected. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or check your order here with your order number and email.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. During sales, holidays or due to carrier disruption, orders may take longer. If your order hasn't arrived 5 days after the estimate, email support@nexapulse.com with your order number.

Where we can't ship

We're unable to ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. If an item is restricted in your destination country, it will be removed at checkout.
