Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it — until then we can cancel and refund if there's a stock or pricing error.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery shows at checkout.
• We try to keep product info and images accurate, but we don't warrant that every detail is error-free.

Products

Our products are skincare, fragrance and self-care. Always patch-test new skincare and follow the label. Our products aren't medical treatments — if you have a skin condition, consult a professional before use.

Payment & delivery

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure processor. Delivery is handled under our Shipping Policy and returns under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding and product copy belong to NexaPulse or our licensors. Don't copy it without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute goes to the courts of England & Wales.
